When bad weather hits, roofs often end up damaged. This more often than not leads to homeowners filing claims with their insurance companies. Integrity 1st Roofing & Exteriors works with insurance companies all the time to make sure that roofs are repaired correctly and in a timely fashion. In fact we’re so familiar with how the insurance companies handle claims that we often help home owners fill out the paperwork and file the claim. Once the claim is filed we’ll meet with the adjustor just to make sure that they see all of the damage we see. This is important because the adjustor works for the insurance company. Not for you. When we are asked by a homeowner to meet with the adjustor the homeowner knows we represent them and not the insurance company. Often adjustors will miss damage to a roof and when that happens the homeowners could end up paying part of the repair cost out of pocket. A situation that homeowner’s obviously want to avoid if possible.
